Gut Cleanse Detox

  • 6 sessions over the duration of 8 weeks: initial session: 60 minutes, 5 follow-up sessions 30 minutes each, conducted in person, by phone, Skype or FaceTime, for your convenience

  • Specific food recommendations, including brand names

  • Guidance beginning with an elimination diet to reduce the total number of FODMAPs 

  • A custom-made meal plan with low FODMAP foods and careful adjustments according to clients progress

  • Recommendation of high-quality supplements to balance your gut microbiome
